Mirchi Music Awards 2021 – ‘Double Meaning Productions’ has won three accolades for ‘Unna Nenachu’ song in Psycho. Maestro Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja wins Best Music Composer, Kabilan takes home the Best Lyricist prize, and Producer Arun Mozhi Manickam receives the Best Song of the Year award for the song “Unna Nenachu”.

Maayon has been awarded the ‘Best Mythological Movie Award’ at the 47th Toronto International Film Festival held in Canada. The Tamil movie ‘Maayon’ was screened along with other movies in the section of mythological films produced in India. The film, shown with English subtitles, received an amazing response of a standing ovation from audiences, critics, and juries. They appreciated the captivating screenplay and all the effort that went into presenting perfect archaeological aspects in a contemporary style.

We’re proud of Tanvir Mir who has won the best cinematography award from Ananda Vikatan (2020 – 2021) for his work on Psycho. He was also nominated at SIIMA 2020 and Critics Choice Film Awards 2020 in the same category for Psycho.
